*Working Together for Mutual Success*
Moving forward will depend upon obtaining the necessary resources and an expression of interest from consumers, producers, and relevant stakeholders.
In order to choose one of the following prospects please bear in mind that all current public and private sector practices would be sited to initiate a nationwide conversation in order to draft a Voluntary Canadian Industry Quality Assurance Standard that would benefit service dog teams, enhance the credibility of producers, address the concerns of regulators, the private sector, the general public, and other interested stakeholders. CFAS's role would be to facilitate this process with its project team.
A Canadian Voluntary Quality Assurance Standard and Recognition Program whether through self-declaration or third party oversight would focus on the producers' commitment to end-users, the welfare of service dogs, and service excellence. Your consideration, response and any other input is appreciated.
Please Select One of the Following Prospects.
Collaborate with CFAS and related stakeholders to establish a Voluntary Canadian Industry Quality Assurance Standard with third party oversight.
Collaborate with CFAS and related stakeholders to establish a Voluntary Canadian Industry Quality Assurance Self-Declaration Standard whereby CFAS would maintain a National Registry.
Please select one of the following:
Professional from the Healthcare or Social Services Sector
Representative from the Private Sector
Service Dog Business/Organization Representative
Service Dog Trainer
If you answered 'Other Stakeholder" please elaborate otherwise please use this box to tell us more about your interest in the prospect of working together.
