Logic Model Builder
The following questions will be used to better understand your community service work. Collective responses will be combined to formulate a community-based snapshot of existing capacity and milestones of Prince George's Animal-Assisted Interventions. Further, individual responses will help to discover gaps and overlap for the purpose of determining how an integrated model (a local AAI Prince George Program consisting of various services and resource hub) could benefit all of the stakeholders.
If your organization does not have a formal AAI program at this point in time, please skip the logic model builder below and use the comment box at the end of this page to explain how your aspirations align with this work and project. This space can also be used to briefly describe how you would like to get more involved.
